KFC Singapore is teaming up with Pokémon – timed to Pokémon’s 30th anniversary and Pokémon GO’s 10th celebrations, for a run of exclusive merch and a new Japanese-inspired menu. The merch isn’t dropping all at once, though: it’s rolling out in two waves, so here’s what to expect and when.
From 19 August to 29 September 2026, all KFC outlets will double as PokéStops and Gyms in Pokémon GO. Five stores are also getting elemental makeovers to match a Pokémon type: NEX (Water), JEM (Fire), Kallang (Electric), Compass One (Ghost) and Jurong Point (Grass). Pikachu will make in-person meet-and-greet appearances on 29 August at Jurong Point, SCAPE and Kallang.
Things to Expect From 19 August
The Pokémon Reversible Everyday Blind Pouch ($14.95) is the headline piece – it looks like a Poké Ball on one side and flips inside-out to reveal one of four designs: OG Pikachu, Snorlax, Mew or Eevee. Get one with any Japanese Nanban Zinger ($12.30) or Chicken Bites Box ($11.65), for dine-in or takeaway at all outlets except Singapore Zoo and Sentosa.
Early risers aren’t left out either – a limited-edition Pokémon sticker sheet comes free with breakfast sets: the Original Recipe Twister Meal with Milo (from $7), American Twister Meal with Milo (from $6.60), Original Recipe Riser Meal with Milo (from $6), or Original Recipe Rise with Egg Meal with Milo (from $7). Valid till 11am at breakfast outlets and on selected delivery platforms.

A second round of collectibles joins the lineup:
- Poké Ball Bucket ($12.95) with a 5-piece Chicken Bucket ($18.30) – doubles as a picnic basket or storage container.
- Gaming Chopsticks ($15.95) in Pikachu or Gengar designs, available on delivery with a Nanban Zinger or Chicken Bites order.
- Pokémon Evolution Jacket ($99), printed with Charmander’s full evolution chain, with a Nanban Zinger or Chicken Bites Box. Limited to one per customer, and only at Kallang, Jurong Point, Bedok Town Square, Causeway Point and SCAPE.
- Pikachu Car Neck Pillow ($32.95 for two), with a Nanban Zinger or Chicken Bites Box at drive-thru and extended-hour outlets.
New Exclusive Japanese Menu
The Japanese Nanban Zinger (from $7.50) puts a spicy, crispy chicken thigh fillet between soft brioche buns, while the Japanese Nanban Chicken Bites (from $6.90) offers six bite-sized pieces in the same glaze with a Japanese-style egg tartar sauce. Rounding out the range: Japanese Nanban Loaded Fries (from $5.95) and Sweet Potato Balls (six pieces, $3.95).
For sharing, there’s the Buddy Meal ($23.95) with a Nanban Zinger, six-piece Nanban Chicken Bites, one Nanban Loaded Fries and two Original Recipe tenders, or the Family Feast ($38.95) with a Nanban Zinger, two servings of Nanban Chicken Bites, five Original Recipe tenders and three pieces of chicken. All menu items run from 19 August to 29 September, for dine-in, takeaway and delivery, at every outlet
