Nutmeg & Clove
Ranked among the World’s 50 Best Bars, Nutmeg & Clove is a restaurant and cocktail bar that pays homage to Singapore’s history through Modern Singapore Cuisine and a progressive cocktail programme. Its 2026 menu, Singapura, Oh Singapura, takes this further with 12 new drinks named after Singlish expressions, each paired with a comic-book-style illustration. The standout is Alamak, the bar’s take on the Singapore Sling – Roku gin, soursop, passionfruit, pineapple and pomegranate, served tall and fizzy with a magenta foam crown and a Singapore flag garnish. Also on the list: Jialat, Die Die Must Try and Can Lah, a Manhattan riff garnished with canned peaches instead of a brandied cherry. Regulars from past menus, including the namesake Nutmeg & Clove fizz – rum, gula melaka, lemon and ginger beer, remain on a “Hall of Fame” list.

The Warehouse Hotel Lobby Bar
The Warehouse Hotel occupies a restored 19th-century spice godown in Robertson Quay, now a design-forward 37-room boutique property. Its Lobby Bar is running four limited-edition cocktails from 1 to 10 August 2026, inspired by the pioneers and personalities who shaped life along the Singapore River. 1918 Heritage Bar
Housed within the century-old Alkaff Mansion, 1918 Heritage Bar names its cocktails after milestones tied to the estate. Available from 1 to 31 August 2026, the standout is Merlion’s Smoke, a vodka-based pour infused with pandan and gula melaka, finished with a curl of cotton candy – flavours most Singaporeans are familiar with.

1-Arden Bar
Located on Level 51 above the city at CapitaSpring, 1-Arden is running its Let’s Go Local series from 1 to 31 August 2026, with four cocktails inspired by some of Singaporeans’ favourite local dishes: Majulah Sling, Bandung Bloom, Chendol Can Lah and Shiok Spice.

The St. Regis Bar
For National Day, The St. Regis Bar is running Straits Flavours, a pair of cocktails built on Tanglin Gin, Singapore’s homegrown craft spirit (available from 1 to 31 August 2026). One is a classic rendition of the original Singapore Sling recipe; the other, The Garden City, is a clarified, carbonated reinterpretation that nods to the nation’s shift into a modern garden city.
